  • After Activation: Once a service is activated, customers can still request a cancellation but are required to pay for the period during which the service was active. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with a detailed description of the issue. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

4. Product Returns
